If you are reading this, you have navigated here via our old LMSAA website. From now on, to get to the new "Coach D's Blog", go to the new LM Aces - LMSAA website at: www.lmacessoccer.com. After entering the website, click on the purple box named "Coach D's Blog" on the home page. Now that the 2009 LM Aces season is almost underway, be a regular visitor for all the results, info on LMSAA functions, etc.Welcome Back Alumni
It's late August, so it must be time once again for LM soccer. The first week of pre-season is just about over, and the two-time Central League Champion Aces are off & running. However, the big news is the addition of our new joint website, combining the current LM Aces, and the LMSAA (all 450+ of us).Our new joint website address is located at: www.lmacessoccer.com. After you have entered the site by clicking on the appropriate icon, you will see tabs lined up across the top of the page. Since it's early in the season, and the rosters haven't been set yet, much of the information will be added as we move forward.
"Schedule" - If you click here you will see the upcoming 2009 schedule.
"Varsity" - If you click here you will see a sample of what will be up, as soon as the roster is set. Click on the player's name and it will take you to their individual info. Now you will be able to put a face to all the players you read about in my blog during the season, along with all their info.
"JV" & Freshmen" - This will also be put up as soon as the rosters are set, in the same way as the varsity.
"Pictures" - Pictures of the season's action will be put up here as we move through the schedule. There are a couple of samples here now.
"Boosters" - only applies to current LM soccer player's parents
"Alumni" - this is the our LMSAA part of the site. Right now it takes you to our old website format, until we finish moving all the info over. But very soon clicking on "Alumni" will take you to a brand new format, with more, updated info, video links, etc. We're sure you will all really enjoy it.
"Coach D's Blog" - An icon for this appears on the home page of the current LM Aces part of the site. It will be activated when we get all the other changes working. For now, you can only find "Coach D's Blog" here on the old site.
We're sorry for the slight delay, but it will be well worth it. Make it a point to check "Coach D's Blog" regularly, as we have a lot of info to pass on now that the season is underway.
